At Tekents, we are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for everyone participating in the AI + Quantum Computing Summit, India 2025, whether attending in person or online.

All attendees, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and staff agree to abide by this Code of Conduct by registering for this event.



1. Expected Behaviour

We expect all participants to:

  • Be respectful, kind, and considerate to others regardless of background, identity, or expertise.

  • Engage constructively in discussions related to AI, quantum computing, and other technical or social topics.

  • Respect boundaries—verbal, physical, or digital.

  • Use inclusive language and foster an environment of collaboration and learning.

  • Report any violations of this Code of Conduct immediately.



2. Unacceptable Behavior


Unacceptable conduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind (based on gender, race, age, disability, appearance, sexual orientation, religion, or other personal characteristics).

  • Inappropriate or unwelcome physical contact.

  • Intimidation, stalking, or deliberate disruption of talks or sessions.

  • Offensive or inappropriate content in presentations or interactions.

  • Recording, photographing, or sharing personal information of others without explicit permission.

  • Use of the event platform (in person or virtual) for aggressive self-promotion or unsolicited marketing.



3. Digital Etiquette (for Virtual Participants)


If you are participating online:

  • Keep your name and profile appropriate and identifiable.

  • Mute when not speaking and respect session flow.

  • Use chat tools for constructive, respectful engagement only.

  • Do not share private session links without permission.



4. Zero Tolerance Policy


We take violations seriously. Actions may include:

  • Immediate removal from the event (virtual or physical)

  • Revocation of event access without refund

  • Reporting to relevant authorities, if necessary


All decisions made by the Tekents organizing team regarding violations will be final.



5. Reporting Violations


If you experience or witness any violation of this Code of Conduct, please report it immediately and confidentially to:

info@tekents.com or speak to any on-site Tekents staff member

All reports will be handled sensitively and in strict confidence.
