AI + Quantum Computing Summit, India 2025

Effective Date: June 15, 2025
These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in and access to the AI + Quantum Computing Summit, India 2025 (“Event”) organized by Tekents. By registering for or attending the event, whether in-person or virtually, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Registration & Participation
All registrations must be completed through the official event platform or authorized ticketing partners.
Registration is confirmed only upon full payment (if applicable).
Tekents reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration without providing a reason, with a full refund if payment has been made.
2. Ticket Policy
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless explicitly approved by Tekents.
Lost or stolen badges (for in-person attendees) will not be reissued without identity verification.
Sharing of badges or login credentials for virtual access is strictly prohibited.
3. Changes to Event
Tekents reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, topics, format, or venue at any time.
In the unlikely event of cancellation, Tekents’ liability is limited to ticket fees paid and does not include travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred.
4. Code of Conduct
All participants must adhere to the Code of Conduct. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the event without refund. Tekents reserves the right to take appropriate action as needed.
5. Privacy & Data Use
By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy & Policy.
Your information may be shared with trusted third parties (e.g., sponsors, partners) only if you opt in.
You can withdraw consent or request deletion of your data at any time.
6. Photography, Videography & Media Release
The event will be photographed and recorded for marketing, documentation, and promotional use.
By attending, you grant Tekents permission to use your image, likeness, and voice in any form without compensation.
If you do not wish to be recorded, please notify the organizing team in advance.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, content, and recordings presented during the event are the intellectual property of Tekents or the respective speakers.
You may not copy, share, distribute, or publish any content without written permission from the content owner.
8. Health & Safety (for In-Person Attendance)
Attendees must follow all health guidelines and safety protocols in place at the venue.
Tekents is not liable for any illness, injury, or incidents that occur during travel or at the event.
9. Liability Disclaimer
Tekents shall not be held responsible for delays, disruptions, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or technology failure).
Participation in the event is at your own risk.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
